Browsing without an account

You can use the market, gear search, shop pages and coverage without signing in. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or analytics scripts. Cloudflare serves the site and, like any host, sees your IP address and the pages you request so it can deliver them and block abuse.

Signing in with Discord

“Sign in with Discord” asks Discord only for your basic profile (the identify permission). We store your Discord ID, username, display name and avatar, whether you hold the Supporter, Pro or team role in the HeneFM Discord and when we last checked, and when you signed up and last signed in. We never see your Discord password, your email or your messages.

Signing in sets one cookie that keeps you signed in for 30 days. It holds a random code; the database stores only a scrambled copy of it. A short-lived cookie is also used while you sign in. Signing out ends your session.

What supporters add

If you create price alerts we store them (the item, the stat minimums and your price) with which matches you have been told about, and we send alerts by Discord direct message. If you are a paying member, we also keep how many minutes of outage credit you have earned. This information is used only to run those features.

Payments

Memberships are handled by Ko-fi. We do not see or store your card or PayPal details. Ko-fi tells the Discord server which Discord account holds a membership by giving that account a role.

Shop and seller information

The market data is public in-game shop information: items, prices, quantities, shop titles, the channel and room, and the seller's character name. We keep a history of it to show prices over time. It contains no private account details.

Deleting your data

Open your account and choose “Delete my account”. That removes your account, sessions and alerts from HeneFM (any outage credit you have earned is kept, so a membership you still pay for is not shortchanged). Your Discord account and Ko-fi membership are separate; cancel the membership on Ko-fi, and leave the Discord server to remove your server membership.
